Green Man
A perfect reminder of the long days of summer, this is a lighter and sweeter cider made with some of the earliest pressings of the first apples to ripen in the early autumn. This produces a delicate more aromatic drink, though still with a proper tannic backbone, that captures all the flavour of sun ripened, traditional Devon orchard cider apples in a glass.
For those like the bumblebee who like things a little sweeter. But
don't be fooled its smooth drinking character - this is proper cider -
made form 100% freshly pressed North Devon apples - not watered down,
filtered or pasteurised and like the bumblebee, needs treating with
respect as at 7% abv - its got a sting in its tail
Hancocks
Hancocks cider is a traditional still cider made from a selection of local apples. It has a light refreshing flavour and an alcohol content of 6% vol. It is available in sweet, medium, dry.
